The entire boat and all components are vacuum infused using vinyl ester resin and fiberglass with PVC foam core construction. This advanced manufacturing process delivers superior ride dampening, exceptional high strength, and remarkably low weight. Where there are no electronics or plumbing runs, the cavities below deck, in the gunnels and other areas are filled with polyurethane foam, meaning the hull will stay buoyant even in catastrophic failure.
